Admission Counselor

As an **Admission Counselor** Employee need to play a pivotal role in guiding students through their academic journey, specifically in preparation for NEET and JEE exams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Student Guidance: Provide personalized academic guidance to students from Class 8th to 12th, as well as droppers, helping them understand the exam syllabus, study schedules, and exam strategies.
- Course Counseling: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and study materials based on their academic background, goals, and learning preferences.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor students' progress through regular assessments, mock tests, and performance analysis, identifying areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback.
- Motivational Support: Offer encouragement and motivation to students, especially during challenging times, to help them stay focused and committed to their academic goals.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress, address concerns, and provide insights into their academic development.
- Resource Management: Manage academic resources, including textbooks, study materials, and online platforms, ensuring students have access to the necessary tools for effective learning.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of changes in exam patterns, syllabi, and educational trends relevant to NEET and JEE exams, incorporating this knowledge into counseling sessions and curriculum planning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
