**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and authorize entry and exit of staff, patients, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrolling of hospital premises, including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and emergency exits.
- Ensure the security of hospital property, prevent unauthorized access, and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist in managing crowd control during visiting hours and emergency situations.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls, following hospital protocols.
- Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Support in fire safety drills and evacuation procedures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any irregularities to the Security Supervisor.
- Escort staff or patients when necessary for safety reasons.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospital or institutional security is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Physical fitness and alertness to stand/walk for long hours.
- Ability to handle conflict situations professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Shift Timing**:
Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
