Tapa Auditor

Local Unit & Position Description:
As Auditor, tasks include:

- Perform 3rd party TAPA ( TSR & FSR ) audits for India subcontinent customers
- Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure
- Document and report audit activities and results
- Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
- Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers
- Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
- Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team
- Provide sales support when required

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and certified TAPA Auditor ( FSR & TSR)
- Experience in Logistic & warehousing company and handling security of cargo and Warehouse operation is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and local language;
- Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence;
- Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget;
- Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines;
- Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management;
- Willingness to travel and work around India and other locations.
