**Tally Trainer**

**Location**: Calicut & Mukkam
**Qualification**: B.Com + Tally
**Experience**: 0-3 years
**Age**: 20-30 years

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Design**: Develop and deliver a structured curriculum for Tally training, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and practical needs.
- **Student Support**: Provide one-on-one support to students, answer their queries, and assist them in solving Tally-related problems.
- **Assessments and Evaluation**: Conduct regular tests and assessments to evaluate students’ understanding and progress in using Tally.
- **Up-to-date Knowledge**: Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in Tally software, and integrate these into your training sessions.
- **Reports and Documentation**: Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and feedback. Provide regular reports to management on training effectiveness and student success.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize workshops, webinars, or seminars to expand students' knowledge on advanced features of Tally and accounting practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) along with proficiency in Tally.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in Tally software, preferably in a training role. Freshers with strong Tally knowledge are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Patience and the ability to provide clear guidance and support to students.
- Proficiency in using MS Office for reporting and documentation.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and helping others learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Friendly, approachable, and supportive demeanor with students.
