- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and ensuring that employees are performing their duties effectively
- Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and experience, providing clear instructions, and monitoring their performance
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized
- Working with management to implement improvements and optimize processes
- Ensuring that employees comply with company policies related to health, safety, and dress code
- Keeping a daily shift log of incidents, absences, tardiness, accidents, and complaints

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Dispatch and Transportation
- Knowledge of Manpower Handling

**Salary (in-hand): 15,000/- to 18,000/- in hand**
