Sales Executive Fresher (Remote) - Patna

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive Fresher on a remote basis from Patna. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher interested in sales to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Sales Executive Fresher, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Location**: Remote (Based in Patna)

**Salary**: 10,000 - 25,000 INR per month

**Working Hours**: Flexible, 4-8 hours per day

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects in the assigned territory.

3. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through regular communication to understand their needs and requirements.

4. Present product/service offerings to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas set by the management team.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

9. Assist in other sales-related activities and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 12th pass qualification.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

3. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards sales, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.

5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

6. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

**Targets and Incentives**:
1. Monthly sales targets will be set based on individual performance and business objectives.

2. Incentives will be provided for achieving and exceeding sales targets, rewarding exceptional performance and dedication.

3. Regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions will be conducted to support your professional growth and development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
