**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing placement drives and coordinating with companies for recruitment opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with students regarding placement updates, interview schedules, and job openings
- Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, and other assessment activities
- Update and maintain student placement records and placement dashboards
- Provide administrative support during placement drives and events
- Build and maintain recruiter databases and company contacts
- Assist students with resume building and interview preparation sessions

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
- 0-1 year of relevant experience (Freshers can apply)
