**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
- Configure PLC hardware and software components according to project requirements.
- Perform system integration and testing to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLC programming and control systems.
- Document all aspects of PLC programs, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to production staff on the operation and maintenance of PLC systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in PLC programming and automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
- Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion control systems (e.g., servo drives, stepper motors).
- Familiarity with software tools for PLC programming and simulation (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal).
- Previous exposure to industrial robotics and machine vision systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
