**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute all SEO activities (On Page, Off Page, Technical & Local SEO)
- Maintain website content, pages and UI/UX to industry standards
- Drive organic leads from website channel
- Ensure website page speed load time is as per the industry benchmarks
- Ensure no website down time
- Conduct daily lead form testing & website audit
- Work on Mobile First Indexing approach
- Sync with vendors and internal teams to optimize website content and periodically update it
- Track metrics such as Rankings, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Organic Traffic, Refferal Traffic, Organic Leads,

Conversions, Bounce Rate, Load Time etc.
- Improve on Core Web Vitals
- Plan and execute impactful OFF page activities
- Measure and report performance of all SEO activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Proficient in using Free SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Datastudio, Moz bar
- Proficient in using Paid SEO tools like Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with active listening & attention to details
- Ability to adapt & learn quickly in fast moving business environment
- Excellent time & workload management skills
- Business ethics
- Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (required)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (required)
