Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering or Equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE, Fire & Safety Management Systems.
Skillset Required
- Excellent Communication (verbal and written both)
- Strong Analytical and Negotiation Skills
- Expertise in Ms Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
- Understanding of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory - list of emission sources and the associated emissions quantified using standardized methods.
- Awareness of international disclosure framework like GRI, IR, SBTi, SASB, and TCFD etc
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local & state rules and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational regulations and standards, contractual requirements and environmental regulations.
- Responsible for managing Carbon Emission and Carbon Offset projects. Understanding the carbon market (including international carbon market).
- Meeting sustainability requirement of the company and preparation of Sustainability disclosure report for the stakeholders.
- Ensuring management of all hazardous waste and maintaining records of the same. Ensuring effective/consistent usage of recycled & environmental safety products in the company.
- Responsible for Conducting Safety Surveys/Audits in all the branches and subsidiaries, prepare reports of findings and recommendations for corrective & preventative measures, and ensuring effective implementation.
- Responsible for accident / incident investigation. Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
- Conducting trainings programs (in-house & through industry experts) - safety awareness education to reduce the incident of illness & environmental accidents, fire mock drills, emergency evacuation/response plan & other issues that may affect employee safety).
**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
