Barista/bartender

As a Barista/Bartender, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and mocktails while providing outstanding customer service. You will create a welcoming environment, ensure consistency in drink preparation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and mocktails.
- Engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Operating and maintaining coffee and beverage preparation equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and functionality.
- Developing and presenting creative mocktail recipes in line with customer preferences.
- Managing inventory of coffee beans, syrups, mixers, and other supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café and beverage preparation areas.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is an asset.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and mocktail crafting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in beverage presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Passion for coffee, mocktails, and creating memorable customer experiences.
