**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and talented Architect to join our architecture firm. The Architect will assist in various stages of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and design team members to develop architectural plans, drawings, and models.
- Assist in conducting site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and design.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts, schematic designs, and design presentations.
- Utilize architectural software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to create and modify architectural drawings and 3D models.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Participate in project meetings and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to team members and clients.
- Assist in reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Support project managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related field.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, indesign powerpoint, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
