**Office Maintenance & Cleanliness**:

- Keep the office clean and tidy (desks, meeting rooms, common areas, etc.)
- Clean and restock pantry, washroom, and other facilities as needed
- **Serving Beverages**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Clean cups, dishes, and utensils afterward
- **Handling Documents**:

- Deliver and collect documents between departments
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required
- **Mail & Courier Management**:

- Receive and distribute incoming mail/packages
- Prepare and send outgoing mail/courier
- **Clerical Support**:

- Assist with basic office tasks like filing, organizing supplies, and making errands
- Help administrative staff with day-to-day tasks
- **Visitor Assistance**:

- Welcome and assist office visitors
- Direct guests to appropriate persons or departments
- **Errands**:

- Go on bank runs, pick up supplies, or perform other outdoor tasks as assigned
- **Office Supplies**:

- Monitor and restock office supplies (paper, pens, etc.)
- Notify the admin when supplies need to be purchased
- **Support to Staff**:

- Assist other employees with small non-technical tasks when needed
- **Follow Company Policies**:

- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
