**JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES AND APPLICATION**

**Qualification : Dip(Mech) / BE(Mech)**

**Technical Expertise**:
Provide technical support to customers, including tool selection, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute a sales strategy for cutting tools in your assigned region.

Identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote cutting tool solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Application Engineering:
Work closely with customers to assess their machining needs.

Recommend appropriate cutting tools based on material type, machining process, and desired outcomes.

Conduct tool trials and demonstrations to showcase performance.

Training and Education:
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements.

Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot issues related to tool wear, chip evacuation, and surface finish.

Propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
