- Position Purpose:

- This job role shall be responsible for operation and cleaning of encapsulation & check weighing area & equipment and documentation of GMP activities.
- Your key responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- 1. GMP & abiding and ensuring compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment policy. To complete all trainings assigned to role & to ensure integrity of data at workplace.
- 2. To follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practice. Filling of manufacturing records. (EMR’s, Log Books (E-logs), Calibration Records, Area cleaning record & Equipment cleaning checklist etc. To work & follow Novartis safety guidelines and Safety precautions to stop damage to Person and Equipment. To carry out manufacturing activity as per SOP & EBR instructions.- 4. To follow all the instructions from supervisor to produce quality products & to maintain the shop floor records. To maintain work area in cleaned & sanitized condition. To coordinate with engineering team to avoid breakdown of machine. To maintain the equipment and its change parts in respective area to avoid wear and tear.
- 5. To follow operation and calibration of analytical & precision balance SOP.
- 6. To carry out linearity checks of weighing Balance.
- 7. To follow the statutory requirements.
- 8. To perform the online bulk packing as per batch record. Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:

- Academic Qualification:
- Diploma in Pharmacy / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 1o+ Years in capsule filling machine operation in pallet and powder filling (Preferable machine experience in ACG-PAM AF 90T/AF 150T, BOSCH GKF 1400/2500, KKE 1400/2500).
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation.
- Good knowledge on solid oral dosage form process and equipment.
- Good knowledge on encapsulation equipment operation and cleaning.
- Good trouble shooting skill on encapsulation and check weighing equipment.
- Good knowledge on GMP documents Management
