Job Title: Import Export Documentation Executive

Location: Belapur Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Prepare and verify import/export documents (bills of lading, commercial invoices, etc.).

Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with trade laws and liaise with customs brokers.

Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers; arrange and track shipments.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years experience in import/export documentation.

Knowledge of international trade regulations.

Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,674.60 - ₹24,156.63 per month
