We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a Pharmacist at Tolins Skin Science, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of pharmaceuticals to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately interpret and fill prescription orders while ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Provide counseling to patients on the proper use, storage, and potential side effects of medications.
- Monitor and review medication profiles to prevent drug interactions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and contribute to patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory levels.
- Oversee the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
- Offer personalized consultation to patients regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Address and resolve any medication-related concerns or inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote health and wellness through medication management and adherence programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, prescription logs, and other required documentation.
- **Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and compounding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
