**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing travel agents, while driving business development initiatives to increase market reach and revenue. This role requires strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build lasting B2B relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Travel Agent Creation & Management**
- Identify and recruit potential travel agents and partners.
- Provide onboarding, training, and support to ensure productive collaboration.
- Build long-term relationships to increase agent loyalty and performance.

**2. Business Development**
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

**3. Client & Partner Engagement**
- Act as a point of contact for travel agents and business partners.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain partner satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

**4. Reporting & Strategy**
- Track agent performance and sales data.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on market feedback and data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development or marketing (preferably in the travel industry)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
