**Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Experience**: 4+ years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle database systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our database infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle database software and related products.
- Design and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
- Manage database security and access controls to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct database capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resource utilization.
- Implement and maintain database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks, such as patching and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including database schemas, procedures, and standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and IT teams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Oracle database administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with Oracle database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of database backup and recovery strategies, including RMAN and Data Guard.
- Familiarity with database security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other database administration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
