**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to attract and engage our target audience.

3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the skincare and beauty industry.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

7. Support in managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and generate buzz around our products.

8. Provide regular updates and reports on digital marketing performance to the management team.

**Qualifications**:
1. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

5. Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools.

6. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

7. Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends.
