Fassion Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Writing & Ideation**: Write creative ad copies, reel scripts, podcast content, and social media captions with brand voice and digital tone.
- **Shoot Coordination**: Plan, organize, and coordinate shoots with video, design, and influencer teams.
- **On-Camera Content Creation**: Confidently appear on camera for brand reels, product explainers, behind-the-scenes videos, or influencer-style content.
- **Podcast Hosting**: Research, plan, and host brand-led podcasts or content-driven interviews with clarity and personality.
- **Trend Research & Ideation**: Stay updated on digital trends, reel formats, meme culture, and content innovations.
- **Client & Internal Collaboration**: Work with creative and strategy teams to convert briefs into engaging concepts and campaigns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-1 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media (agency background preferred).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (regional language fluency is a bonus).
- Strong on-camera presence and confident voice for podcasts or video content.
- Good organizational skills for shoot and production coordination.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, podcast platforms, and content marketing strategies.
