Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning team and ensure high standards of hygiene and maintenance are consistently met at client locations in Kozhikode.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning staff activities.
- Assign duties and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on procedures, chemicals, and safety.
- Maintain attendance, material usage, and work reports.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding site needs or issues.
- Ensure timely completion of all cleaning schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Must be **Kozhikode-based** or willing to work full-time in Kozhikode.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and methods.
- Ability to handle multiple sites or teams if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
