We are a dynamic and fast-growing export house specializing in têxtiles and apparel, delivering high-quality designs to international markets. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to our global success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create innovative and trend-driven designs for garments, accessories, and têxtiles tailored to international markets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and styles to cater to diverse client preferences.
- **Collection Planning**: Develop seasonal collections and product ranges in alignment with the company’s export objectives and target market demands.
- **Fabric & Material Selection**: Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for production.
- **Sketching & CAD**: Produce hand-drawn or digital sketches, tech packs, and specifications for production teams.
- **Sampling**: Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring the designs meet quality and fit standards.
- **Client Coordination**: Work closely with international buyers and merchandisers to understand design briefs and incorporate feedback into designs.
- **Production Oversight**: Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- **Cost Optimization**: Design products that balance creativity with cost-efficiency, ensuring adherence to the budget.
- **Presentations**: Prepare and present design concepts to clients and management teams.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in designing for export markets, with expertise in creating versatile collections.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
- **Creativity**: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute original design ideas.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams and clients.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ability to ensure accuracy in technical details and production processes.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including production, sourcing, and marketing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with international clients and markets (e.g., Europe, USA, Middle East).
- Understanding of export compliance and regulations related to apparel and têxtiles.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
