**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site structure and performance.
- Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven SEO experience (1-3 years preferred).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO reports.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media optimization (SMO) is a plus.
