**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant materials.
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory is always up to date.
- **Receiving Deliveries**:

- Receive and inspect deliveries for quality, accuracy, and condition of items.
- Ensure that all products meet the restaurant’s standards and are stored properly according to their requirements.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Store all items in their appropriate places, ensuring that all food and beverages are stored according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage rooms.
- **Stock Control**:

- Monitor stock usage and identify trends in ordering to optimize stock levels and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Work with kitchen staff and management to understand the restaurant’s needs and make necessary adjustments in ordering.
- **Waste Management**:

- Ensure that items approaching their expiration date are used first and that no stock is wasted unnecessarily.
- Keep track of damaged, expired, or spoiled items and dispose of them appropriately.
- **Coordination with Kitchen and Front-of-House**:

- Communicate regularly with kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary supplies to prepare menu items.
- Ensure that all non-food items (e.g., cleaning supplies, utensils, napkins) are available for front-of-house staff.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards set by local health authorities.
- Ensure all items are stored at the correct temperature and conditions to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of all inventory purchases, stock levels, deliveries, and waste.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management as needed.
- **Stock Ordering**:

- Assist in preparing order requests for supplies based on stock levels and restaurant requirements.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
