**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality and compliance.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection using standard measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
- Identify defects and deviations from specifications and report findings to the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Support root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16949, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality tools (5S, 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
