**Position Overview**:

- Ability to handle queries, understand student requirements, and offer suitable options

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Understand individual student profiles and suggest suitable courses/universities
- Provide transparent, accurate, and genuine guidance aligned with immigration rules
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely documentation
