Store & Purchase Executive manages all procurement activities, vendor coordination, and store operations to ensure timely availability of materials, proper inventory control, and cost-effective purchasing for the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities Purchasing**
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Create purchase orders and follow up for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain approved vendor lists and compare quotations regularly.
- Coordinate with all departments (Kitchen, Engineering, Housekeeping, FO) to understand purchase requirements.
- Track market trends and ensure cost control in all purchases.
- Ensure all purchases comply with hotel SOPs and the financial approval matrix.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
