Garments Production Supervisior

Position : Production Supervisor - QATAR location

Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing production activities, including worker schedules, machine maintenance, and ensuring product quality.
- Managing the entire production process, including all factory departments.
- Ensuring products meet customer quality expectations and investigating root causes when they don't, providing solutions.
- Coordinating with other factory managers, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure production targets are met.
- Calculating the costing for each garment, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability.
- Liaising with the procurement department to ensure timely receipt of raw materials.
- Implementing and enforcing new policies and programs, providing training to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborating with the HR manager to maintain safety standards and ensure workers adhere to workplace safety rules.

Key roles: Overseeing production activities and product costing to maintain operational efficiency and cost accuracy.

Technical Skills:

- Minimum of 5+ year experience as Production planner
- Knowledge on Fabric and Garment industry
- Uniform Or Fashion Industry experience is an added advantage
- Minimum Graduation required with Commerce background
- Understanding on MS-office is must
- Pleasing personality.
- Team player
- Good Communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
