Echo Technician

The Echocardiography Technician (Fresher only) will assist in performing non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, primarily echocardiograms, under supervision. The role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders looking to begin their career in cardiac imaging.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in conducting echocardiography tests under the guidance of senior staff or cardiologists.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Operate ultrasound and echocardiography equipment as trained.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of diagnostic equipment.
- Record and store imaging results securely for review by physicians.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance technical and clinical skills.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Cardiac Technology, Echocardiography, or related field (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology preferred.
- Good communication skills and patient-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
**Work Environment**
- Cardiology department, diagnostic imaging unit, or hospital setting.
- May require standing for extended periods during examinations.
