We are looking for a Female **Tele-caller Executive** with having passion for handling customers in Tamil and English.

**Skills**:Must be interested to attend inbound and outbound calls

**Experience**: 0 to 3 years, **Freshers also welcome**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with students and parents, making regular calls to discuss course details and encourage admissions.
- **Incentive Opportunities**: Earn incentives in addition to a fixed salary based on performance.
- **Targeted Communication**: Connect with students and parents who have shown prior interest in our courses, ensuring effective follow-ups.
- **Language Skills**: Must have excellent fluency in Tamil and moderate English communication skills.
- **Professional Conduct**: Maintain responsibility during work hours, as this involves handling an educational product.
- **Daily Reporting**: Provide daily updates to the team lead on admissions, follow-ups, inbound and outbound calls.
- **Daily Workflow in Software**:

- **Log In**: Begin by signing into the software with your credentials.
- **Dashboard Review**: Check the dashboard for pending tasks, follow-ups, and new inquiries.
- **Call Logging**: Accurately log details of all inbound and outbound calls, including outcomes and next steps.
- **Session Coordination**: Facilitate arrangements between students and trainers for regular sessions.
- **Team Meetings**: Attend regular meetings to strategize on improving conversions and adhere to company policies.
