typing and taking dictation in shorthand
- writing, transcribing and compiling office documents
- transcribing the typed materials accurately into common language
- keeping careful records of files, documents and other official materials
- arranging meetings and collecting information for supervisors
- maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs
- maintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officers
- arranging and presenting documents in a logical order
- keeping reference books, rules and ordinances up to date
- keeping track of the progress of cases until they are closed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
