Sodepur Kolkata West Bengal, India Dynamic Rubbers Private Limited Full time

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities, including rubber moulding and conveyor belt assembly processes.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of 10-15 production workers to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Implement quality control measures to meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Track production metrics and report on output, efficiency, and downtime to management.
- Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production procedures.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Person with experience in Rubber Industry are prefered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
