**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate conventional or lathe machines to perform turning operations on metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and job specifications.
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor machine operations.
- Measure and inspect finished components using gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Ensure components are produced within specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain records of production and quality checks.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operating lathe/turning machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machining and tool usage.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of tooling and cutting parameters.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
