**Location: Pezhakkappilly, Muvattupuzha**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the billing process for patients admitted to the hospital.
- Dicharge Billing
- Post payments accurately in the hospital's billing system.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding their hospital bills. Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families.
- Work closely with medical staff, administrators, and other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/ Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.**:

- Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware & software), networks, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure accurate documentation and coding of outpatient services.
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Salary should be based on interview performance & experience. Should be fixed at the time of interview**

**Experience: Minimum 1-2 year ** of experience in system administration, networking, preferably in a healthcare setting, is desirable.
