Job Summary: We are seeking a BFSI HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. As a BFSI HR Recruiter Intern, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. You will work remotely, collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to on-boarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements within the BFSI sector
- Schedule and conduct pre-screening and in-person (or virtual) interviews
- Participate in recruiting events and career fairs within the BFSI sector (if applicable)
- Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with HR-related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree, or a related field with a focus on the BFSI sector
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to HR and recruiting

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry and its related job roles
