**Job Title**: CA Intern

**Location**: Pune

**Reports to**: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting**:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits.
- Participate in audit procedures and interact with auditors to provide necessary information and explanations.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting documentation for various tax filings.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Perform financial analysis and reporting tasks to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Ad-Hoc Projects**:

- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.
- Conduct research and analysis on specific accounting and finance topics as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in the CA (Chartered Accountant) program with progress towards completing the qualification.
- Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive stipend based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
