Payroll Executive

**Working on _HR Payroll, Handling On roll & Contractual Manpower.**
- **Payroll, wages Administration, Compensation & Benefits. Pay Revisions & Promotion Policy for Employees.**
- **Issuing Appointment letters, organizing inductions, employee transfers, and employee exit procedures.**
- **Taking Care of Company Vehicle.**
- **Independently responsible to preparation of Muster roll, Salary, and overtime of all employees.**
- **Salary Preparation & Disbursement of salary via cash & bank transfer, P.F, E.S.I, Bonus, Leave, Gratuity, Labour Welfare - Calculations, remittances, filing, - i.e., - payment challans, Half yearly/Annual returns.**
- **Full & Final settlements of outgoing employee.**
- **Strictly maintaining Administration Policy.**
- **Independently prepare and complete the computerized Personal file of all employees.**
- **Manpower planning, Recruitment, Training needs identification, Arrange Training & Development programs.**
- **Independently prepare Esi & PF Challan.**
- **Record keeping and time office management.**
- **Housekeeping of company premises viz cleanliness, decoration, security and miscellaneous activities. Understanding working process/strategies to ensure smooth running of office administration.**
- **Maintaining of Leave Record.**
- **Have Knowledge of Social Compliance.**
- **Maintaining Fire Fighting & First Aid Training Records.**
- **Computerized Attendance, Punching Records and others records from the software.**
- **Managed all Human Resources duties and responsibilities for a mid-sized ecommerce business.**
- **Shift Management.**

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
