**Job Profile**

Visual Designer

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes and typography fonts.
- Enhancing and arranging video footage to create a captivating and coherent final product which includes cutting, trimming, adding effects and adjusting audio to enhance the storytelling or communication of a video.
- Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner.
- Meeting with the project team for feedback and editing designs, when required and consulting them so as to determine visual design preferences and expectations.
- Collaborating with IT developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities.
- Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
- Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use and emotionally engaging.

**Skills and Abilities required**
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe xD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Software tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Complete portfolio of visual design examples.
- Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in original visual designs.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic design, visual arts or any similar degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or any similar role.
