We are now seeking a **highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer** with **AI design knowledge** to join our dynamic team.
- **Design & Layout**: Create visually compelling **print ads, newspaper layouts, branding collaterals (brochures, flyers, packaging, etc.), and digital creatives** for social media and websites.
- **AI Integration**: Leverage AI-powered design tools like **Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, and Canva AI** to optimise and enhance creative workflows.
- **Branding & Identity**: Develop brand guidelines, logos, and identity systems that align with clients’ vision and industry trends.
- **Social Media Creatives**: Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and motion graphics for platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X**.
- **Newspaper & Print Ads**: Work on **high-resolution print-ready designs** ensuring compliance with publication requirements.
- **Collaboration & Conceptualization**: Work closely with **copywriters, marketing teams, and clients** to develop innovative concepts and execute them effectively.
- **Design Automation**: Utilize **AI-based design automation tools** to increase efficiency in repetitive design tasks.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with **AI advancements, typography trends, and visual storytelling techniques** to push creative boundaries.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of professional graphic design experience** in an **advertising agency or media house**.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) & Corel Draw**:

- Experience in **print media and digital advertising**.
- **Knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding principles**.
- **Basic motion graphics skills** for animated creatives are a plus.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.
