**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Use AutoCAD software to create precise drawings with accurate measurements and construction details.
- Develop and optimize 2D plans for various projects using CAD tools.
- Convert architects' sketches and specifications into technical drawings.
- Collaborate with departments to prepare engineering sketches for client proposals and maintain organized records of all drawings.
- Ensure coordination of Structure, MEP, and Architectural Drawings.
- Possess knowledge of quantity surveying for accurate estimations and cost assessments.

**Education & Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Strong computer and architectural analysis skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
