Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operate Rolling Machines**: Set up, operate, and monitor rolling machines used for shaping metal strips into required profiles for solar structures. Ensure proper machine calibration and settings before production runs.

**Material Handling**: Load and unload materials onto the machine, ensuring proper handling of raw materials (such as steel, aluminum, etc.) for optimal output.

**Monitor Machine Performance**: Continuously observe and inspect the rolling process, ensuring the equipment runs smoothly, and troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues.

**Quality Control**: Regularly inspect finished products to verify dimensions, appearance, and structural integrity, adhering to quality control standards. Ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of rolling machines and equipment. Report any malfunctions and assist with repairs or adjustments as necessary.

**Production Documentation**: Record production data, including material consumption, production output, and machine performance metrics, to ensure accuracy and accountability.

**Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety standards in the factory.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors and engineers, to improve efficiency, resolve production issues, and meet production targets.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or training in manufacturing or mechanical operations is a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating rolling machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferably in metalworking or structural fabrication).

**Technical Skills**: Hands-on experience with rolling machines, metal forming processes, and mechanical troubleshooting.

**Attention to Detail**: Ability to carefully inspect and measure products, ensuring the highest quality standards.

**Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

**Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

**Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

**Problem Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address machine issues quickly and minimize downtime.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
