Who are we hiring?

Associate
- Corporate Team

We are hiring for a Founder's Office role to enable founders to execute on high priority areas that the business needs. You will work with Assembly’s co-founders to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives linked to investor relations, operational processes, marketing/growth projects, and alliances.

Responsibilities include:

- End to end assistance on the fundraising process - managing new and existing investor relations and initiate activities like decks, agreements, communication, due diligence etc as needed.
- Taking up strategic projects & BD partnerships as part of the founders office that need to be explored until they are mainstream & can later be passed onto the operating & growth teams.
- Creating and managing a business plan for predictability on growth and tracking milestones being achieved according to it
- Working with our growth, finance, HR, operations teams to automate processes for timely preparation of financials to be shared with investors as per formats provided.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization and tracking such metrics

Key Qualifiers:

- 2-4 years of total experience.
- Ownership mentality to complete the varied nature of the role
- An understanding of budgets and business planning.
- Ex-entrepreneur, strong work-experience in start-ups will be preferred.
- You are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.

Location: Gurgaon Office (next to Golf Course Road)

Function: Sales and Business → General Management / Strategy - Business Development

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:
