**Job Description**:

- **Developing safety policies**: Create and implement policies and procedures to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries

- **Investigating accidents**: Conduct investigations into accidents

- **Correcting unsafe conditions**: Fix unsafe conditions
- **Addressing safety in meetings**: Ensure safety is considered in planning meetings and incident reports
