Have an eye for details and a keen numerical sense? Our Finance & Accounting Team upkeeps the financial health of the company and provides strategic insights to stakeholders, paving the way for further expansion and growth.

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for the overall accounting function of Cialfo across all regions, the Finance Controller's duties include:

- Preparation and closing of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure timely, accurate and high quality financial reporting to Management.
- Review and lead team members on a full spectrum of accounting processes and operations (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, Payroll, account reconciliation, etc.).
- Lead, prepare and manage group / regional annual statutory audits.
- Develop transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions as part of tax planning and management.
- Evaluate finance processes and internal controls, ensuring best practices are consistently observed across the group.
- Drive implementation of new processes, policies and systems with operational excellence and efficiency in mind.
- Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, and audits across all regions.
- Manage relationships with consultants and advisors such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities.
- Research on complex technical accounting issues and keep abreast of updates to Financial Reporting Standards
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise to prepare for board review.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support strategic business partnering.

**Requirements**:

- CPA, CA or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in Xero/Netsuite system is an advantage.
- Independent, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to take on special projects and assignments when required.
- Highly detail-oriented.
