**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience OR an advanced degree without experience; OR equivalent work experience required.
- A foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Axure RP.
- A good eye for visual design, including typography, color, and layout.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment, open to agile development practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative team player.
- A portfolio demonstrating your experience in UX design is required.
