**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** who not only brings visuals to life but also **understands the logic behind design**—the why behind what we create.

You’ll be responsible for delivering compelling creatives that align with **brand strategy, business goals, and platform-specific trends**, especially **LinkedIn and other key social media platforms**.

**Job Location**: Pune - **Onsite**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging creatives, banners, carousels, and videos for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated with **design trends**, **LinkedIn content behavior**, and **social media best practices.**:

- Develop visuals that reflect strategic thinking—not just aesthetic value.
- Create brand-compliant designs while experimenting with new formats, layouts, and approaches.
- Collaborate on campaigns, branding, product launches, and employer branding content.

**Qualification**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Canva.
- A strong sense of design logic and layout, with a user-first approach.
- Understanding of **social media formats, LinkedIn algorithms, and storytelling through design.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
