Data Entry and Customer Relations Associate
We are a reputable real estate firm seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Relations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory database and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our real estate business and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update property information into our inventory management system, ensuring all details are complete and up-to-date. This includes property descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Inventory Maintenance: Regularly review and audit inventory records to identify any discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and consistent property information across all platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with clients. Respond to client feedback, address concerns, and provide timely updates on property listings.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized files and records of property listings, contracts, and client communications. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the sales, marketing, and administrative departments to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflow. Contribute to team meetings and provide input for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and property management practices is a plus.
