**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with influencers
- Establish and maintain relationships with bloggers, social media influencers, and customers
- Collaborate with Stylists and their teams for celebrity sourcing.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- collaboration with Other Brands ( eg. clothing brand )
- Negotiate with both influencers/networks/MCN’s and work with internal and external legal teams to execute influencer contracts.
- Identify influencer/ambassador opportunities across markets.

**Qualification**
- Young Enthusiastic and Social media savvy
- Up to date with Instagram trending stuff.
- Ability to approach each influencer campaign with a positive outlook and strive for continuous improvement and optimization
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Acute understanding of and passion for influencer marketing, blogs and digital media with established influencer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills and Networking aptitude
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies ( Preferable )

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Pune - 411028, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
