**Designation / Position : Retail Sales Executive**.

**Job Summary**:*

Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. Assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store appearance

**Salary Range :16000 to 18000**

**Timing / Shift: Monday to Thursday 10:30 Am to 8:30 Pm**

**Friday To Saturday: 10:30 Am to 9:30 Pm**

**Qualification (Min & Max) : 12th /Graduate**

**Experience (Min & Max) : 2 Years to 3 years**

**Language: Kannada, English, Hindi Tamil, Telugu**

**Key Roles And responsibilities**

1. Customer Service:*
- Greet and assist customers.
- Provide product information and resolve issues.

2. *Sales:*
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.3. *Store Operations:*
- Stock merchandise and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized store.

4. *Team Collaboration:*
- Work with team to achieve store goals.
- Assist in training new staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in fashion retail sales or customer service.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
